The City of Rochester’s Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ) manages environmental compliance for municipal facilities, performs site investigations & cleanups associated with property acquisitions maintains & operates remediation systems, and manages the redevelopment of abandoned or underutilized commercial and industrial properties.
